Leaders-Young Roma in Action
Regional Report released today highlights: The widespread social exclusion, towards Roma young people, is a barrier for their access to public services and social integration. Key data from the participatory action research conducted in Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Kosovo highlighted the common problems faced by Roma youth such as: discrimination, social exclusion and lack of education.
Regional Participatory Research Action Report, the first in its kind, was carried out by Roma and non-Roma young people in the framework of the Regional Project "Leaders Young Roma Youth in Action", funded by the US Department of State and implemented by Save the Children and its local partners in three Western Balkan countries (Albania, Kosovo and BiH).
