About 60 representatives of the local institutions network in Vlora and Durrës regions, which provide services for children with disabilities, are being trained for international and national standards in the field of anti-discrimination and access to public services for children with disabilities as to these standards.
This capacity building program concludes a cycle of 30 training sessions organized in each region within the framework of the project "Community Based Services for Children with Disabilities" part of the Save the Children’s regional initiative in Eurasia, implemented in Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina (North-West Balkans), Georgia and Kosovo.

This full cycle of trainings program has increased the capacities of 107 representatives of public institutions at local level and has significantly improved the effective interaction between them in providing health, education, rehabilitation, protection and welfare services to support the inclusion of children with disabilities in the school system and in the community.
