On October 23rd, about one hundred Albanian children joined Global Day of Action for child survival marathon relay, as part of Save the Children’s EveryOne campaign.

Save the Children has published the 14th annual State of World’s Mothers Report. Every year around the world nearly 3 million babies die within the first month of life, most from preventable causes. More than 1 million babies die the day they are born – making the birth day the riskiest day for newborns and mothers.

Save the Children and Civil Society Organizations call for improvements in the health situation for Roma Communities especially children. A Working Group, of public and non public stakeholders, will work together to promote healthy and protective environment for all Roma communities.
